Open the course from our course catalog and select Register online in the “At a glance” panel. This takes you to our training portal, where you can create a new user account and view our entire course catalog.

Every course page shows the cost, training hours and access period in its “At a glance” panel. You can also compare all courses side by side on the catalog page.

For most courses, yes — a refund is available only if we receive your request before you start the second module and no later than two weeks after your course registration. Each course page lists its own refund terms.

Yes. Each registered student has their own unique login, which ensures only the appropriate authority can log in to view their own content.

Our support team has gone to great lengths to ensure our learning system works across browsers and platforms. Currently we support Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Google Chrome. Other browsers may or may not have full functionality.

Yes. Online e-learning is available at all times, so you can work around your own schedule. Our courses are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we try our best to ensure the best learning experience possible.

Yes. When you satisfactorily complete a course, you can download a course completion document that guides you through all completion activities, including printing your personalized, dated course completion certificate.

We send a welcome guide to all new and returning students. It gives a step-by-step guide to navigating our courses, plus tips and tricks to get the most out of your training.
